Call Divert and Distribution Services

Lets you divert and distribute your incoming telephone calls to other numbers, mobile phones and internationa locations, either one phone number or multiple phone numbers.

Our call diversion service allows you to divert and distrbute your incoming telephone call volumes through to specific phone number of groups of phone numbers. All calls are announced and can be either accepted or rejected. If the phone call cannot be connected or rejected, then the call is optionally put through to voicemail.

If you have a goup of people working either in an office or at home or on the road, calls can be diverterd and distributed to them. You decide (sensible defaults are used) :

  • how telephone calls are diverted & distubuted i.e. longest waiting, specified order, specific extensions
  • how many calls you can accept and how many callers you want in the queue.
  • how long a caller should wait in a queue.
  • what the caller hears, music can be mixed with announcements
  • what mailbox is used to leave a message
  • what happens if the phone call is not connected, leave a message, try another set of number (overflow groups), give caller a set of options (switchboard service).

For those more used to ACDs the features also include:

  • agents to be logged in or out, by a supervisor
  • online call monitoring
  • sin binning
  • agent statistics

How to Setup and Test a service
